Some flavors may be available by special order only. In that case, please notify us in advance if placing a large order for a particular flavor. Some flavors may be available to order as a smoked cheddar. If you anticipate any of these circumstances, contact us about an estimated wait time and cost. Special orders may be subject to a minimum order size. All cheddars are sold by a case of 10 (8oz bars), bulk cheddar can be purchased by blocks of 40-45lbs priced by weight.
